NY Gov. Cuomo Pushes FOUR New Criminal Justice & Police Reform Laws in Effect

Changes are being made gradually.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo declared today (June 12) during his day by day instructions that he's marking four new criminal equity and police change laws, considering this a "historic" second for NY.

The four new laws incorporate a conclusion to 50-A, bans strangle holds, "Karen's law" otherwise known as preclude long bogus race-based 911 calls, and he made the lawyer general the autonomous examiner in killings of unarmed regular people by police.

Cuomo concedes there is still more work to be done, yet he needs NY to "lead the way."

Cuomo likewise needs to reestablish the trust between the network and the police.
