Search Warrant Leading to Breonna Taylor's Death was FALSELY Processed
The search warrant that LMPD Used to Raid Breonna Taylors home was Invalid and Unwarranted.
The discussion over conveyed bundles Jaynes said in his May 19 meeting with police agents, one of many records in LMPD's examination delivered openly Wednesday, that he had requested that Mattingly in January check if Taylor's previous sweetheart, Glover, was getting "any dope" or "suspicious" bundles.
Glover was a fundamental objective in an opiates examination fixated on Elliot Avenue, around 10 miles from Taylor's loft. Glover had been recently sentenced for drug dealing with Mississippi, and police had been watching him, noticing that he had gotten a bundle at her condo.
Glover, who was captured in an alternate medication strike the very night Taylor was slaughtered, has denied Taylor had anything to do with the medication exchange. No money or medications were found at Taylor home after the shooting.
Before those court orders were done, Jaynes and Mattingly talked about whether Glover was having medications and cash delivered to Taylor's home. Jaynes told examiners during his May 19 meeting that Mattingly let him know "nonchalantly" that Glover "just gets Amazon or mail packages there."
"I didn't go too in-depth about that 'cause again, what I saw on my own two eyes just reaffirmed that he was getting mail there," Jaynes said. "It's a reasonable assumption that if you see a guy go in the location, come out with a package, that he is getting mail there."
Breonna Taylor's beau Kenneth Walker says the legitimate outcome of her demise has been uncalled for.
