A lady who goes by the name Sky who says that her boyfriend was killed in 2015 by the LA County Sheriffs at a Taco Bell, literally saved a young male from being shot on his knees with his hands in the air after a 911 call from the Gas Station. The video has surfaced on Facebook via @PanchoJess and is/has since gone viral stamped at 599k views at the composing of this material an hour later surpassing 1 million, it sees a squad of Hawthorne police with huge guns drawn on a young black male at the cross of Pierre & El Sedano Blvd. The police with badge number 386, "We got a call of a robbery and he loosely matches the description, we're just detaining him ok, we're not saying he's a suspect but we've got to figure out what's going on alright. So try to relax till we figure it out, it says a weapon was involved that’s the only reason he gets held at gunpoint, it's just for our safety and everyone arounds safety"

The young man at subject here says in the live video that his name is “William” and he stated “them people put hands on me , I should be arresting them, their the ones who hit me I didn’t put hands on them at all” finishing it with “I gave them my money and I came to get what I was getting and they put hands on me.”

It’s very confusing as to how a situation can grow to be so hostile, to where a civilian getting gas has to talk the police into sparing a young black man’s life. The only thing that comes to mind is the color of the mans skin, when they’d seen us generally they automatically resort to feeling “endangered” as if he’s a wild animal. He had no weapons at the end of the day, the massive gunpoint standoff. The primary officer (short, female, racially ambiguous) shouts "move out of my way", with major assurity to the lady recording "SKY" as if she was going to fire and would hit Sky as well, where Sky replies “You going to shoot me too right? For filming right? We’re live!”

The young lady known as Sky had the courage of a Lioness and a heart of Gold for standing up for innocent William and for her telling the police each step of their job in the escalation of it all so the young man could be detained keeping his life. She was very aware of how they work as she says her boyfriend was also shot and killed by them at a Taco Bell.

Cyclolore reached out to Hawthorne Police Department in a quest for a few answers in regards to the incident & ARCO, we spoke with Ms. Watts who says that she doesn’t know anything that happened, but that she is familiar with the cross sections where the situation (near killing) took place. We’re told to reach back out during the week when the detectives are back in, this story will be updated then.
