'Rare' By Selena Gomez Drops Including Singles "Boyfriend," "She," and Souvenir

Selena Gomez has dropped the exclusive release of her new Rare collection, highlighting three beforehand unreleased tracks.

"Boyfriend," "She" and "Souvenir" all show up on the expanded rendition.

 

"Many of you know how excited I have been to release a song called ‘Boyfriend,'” the artist, 27, recently said in a letter to fans about the extra tracks.

 

“It’s a lighthearted song about falling down and getting back up time and time again in love, but also knowing that you don’t need anyone other than yourself to be happy. We wrote it long before our current crisis, but in the context of today, I want to be clear that a boyfriend is nowhere near the top of my list of priorities. Just like the rest of the world, I’m praying for safety, unity and recovery during this pandemic.”

 

As a result of her anxiety, Gomez said she's specifically giving to the Plus1 COVID-19 Relief Fund, just as $1 from each request for the collection on her official store to the reserve.

The vocalist earned her third No. 1 collection on the Billboard 200 with album-titled single ‘Rare’, which was discharged on Jan. 10 by means of Interscope Records and commenced with 112,000 proportional collection units in the U.S. for the week finishing Jan. 16, as per Nielsen Music.
