As announced by media source Vulture, The Weeknd's "Blinding Lights" has recently spent its 28th week in the best five of the Hot 100 outlines, which is the longest any tune has ever successfully achieved this .

It beat a record recently set by Ed Sheeran's "Shape Of You," which is an alright melody, yet now we can absolutely say that "Blinding Lights" is a superior tune.

"Old Town Road" is as yet the best melody ever as far as Billboard Chart Metrics, as per science/the Billboard Hot 100 graphs, yet it currently has some new organization in the pantheon of best tunes ever (as per science/the Billboard outlines).

All things considered, as we contended when we expounded on "Old Town Road," the better melody is clearly the one that sits at the highest rated spot for more, supposing that a superior tune went along it would take it out and stay for additional time.

Therefore, "Blinding Lights" is one of the main five tunes ever, however until Billboard begins explicitly sharing information on which tune has sat at number two for a very long time, that is as explicit as we can get. Science, even science that is in fact abstract like this science, is continually evolving.
