While fans aren't sure if this task is as of yet occurring, it would seem that Shaggy got an opportunity to be on Rihanna's exceptionally foreseen Raggae/ Dancehall album out of 2; regardless, he declined!

In a meeting with Britain's Daily Star, Shaggy opened up about Rihanna's group connecting with him to be a piece of her suspected dancehall/reggae collection and quickly makes reference to why he said no: "They approached me for the Rihanna project yet. There’s a lot of great people involved but for me, I didn’t need to audition to be on the record, I’ll leave that to younger guys. But from what I hear it should be good."
