Katy Perry's New Single "Never Really Over" is Queued by Taylor Swift's Apple Music Playlist

With new single "Never Really Over," dropping early Friday morning, Perry has a certain ear-widget that ought to exemplification of a solid melody as a summer contender on the charts. “All of our relationships - from first love, through failed love, to great love - all become a part of you, so that none are ever really over, and once you accept both the dark and the light, you may find that the darkness brought you to the light.”

The beating Zedd-created song of praise discovers her thinking about an ex years after the fact, singing, , "Oh, we were such a mess, but wasn't it the best? Thought it was done, but I guess it's never really over." The tune's message is eventually about self esteem, which she drives home in its treatment themed music video, where she goes to an idealistic retreat and moves in fields in a streaming dress and long blonde wig.

It would appear that Taylor Swift is an aficionado of her new track. Twitter fans saw the "Delicate" artist, 29, added the melody to her ME! Apple Playlist on Friday morning.

“Everything that happens to us is just part of a story we’ll tell someday. These songs are the soundtrack to my story at the moment,”  Swift expounds on her playlist. “I love this playlist for kitchen dance parties, long drives home, sun-soaked reflection, or aggressive bopping. All songs have been loved and appreciated by ME!” The pop stars — who had a confounded relationship for a considerable length of time that apparently motivated their tunes "Bad Blood" and "Swish Swish" — accommodated a year ago.

In front of Swift's first Reputation Stadium Tour show a year ago, Perry, 34, demonstrated her help by sending her an exacting olive branch and conciliatory note. After Swift's show of help Friday morning, it appears the on-again companions have authoritatively put their past behind them.

Perry, who wore an outfit reminiscent of her A.I. character from the music video for her melody "365," wouldn't verify or refute possible information about a potential joint effort with Swift.

"Never Really Over" is Perry's first solo single in two years, in spite of the fact that she as of late highlighted on Zedd's "365" and Daddy Yankee's "Con Calma." She's recently engaged to on-screen character Orlando Bloom.
