Camila Cabello Levitates in Dark, Romantic, Ritualistic "Shameless" Music Video Followed by new Single "Liar"
Camila Cabello has come back with "Shamelessl" and "Liar," her first performance discharges since 2018. The tracks will highlight on her eagerly awaited sophomore collection Romance.
On the enormous "Shameless," Cabello sings about an unfulfilled smash. The track begins with only an appealing, unobtrusive guitar riff before opening up to a dim synth sound before the subsequent stanza. "I need you more than I want ya," she sings on the ensemble. In the video, Cabello admits her wrongdoings to a cleric, watches her pulverize converse with another young lady at a gathering and seems, by all accounts, to be running from a person or thing down a dull city road.
As Cabello clarifies in an ongoing press explanation, “These songs are basically the story of my life the past couple years and the stories I’ve accumulated — I knew for a long time I wanted my album to be called Romance because these stories are about falling in love.” We are totally supportive of it, Camila!
This clarification pursues a very long time of reputed sentiment between the previous Fifth Harmony pop star and her long-lasting companion, Shawn Mendes. Following quite a while of avoiding around the press, Cabello and Mendes were spotted sharing some significant PDA, doing little to conceal their relationship.
However the nearest we've gotten to an all out affirmation from the pair came a week ago, when Mendes mysteriously conceded that he was seeing someone addressing inquiries from fans at a behind the stage meet-and-welcome. Presently it would seem that Cabello's expected collection, Romance, will simply be the following bit of proof for these two—regardless of whether the pair still can't seem to formally stand up on their status.
