The internet highlights the missing Originality in Taylor Swifts’ BBMA’s Performance of her smash hit ‘ME!’

The "ME!" vocalist opened the 2019 Billboard Music Awards with an Easter egg-shaded interpretation of her new single with Panic at the Disco's Brendon Urie — and defensive Beyoncé fans were humming about it on the web. Many got at the 29-year-old pop star's clear co-selecting of walking band iconography in her BBHM execution.
Taylor Swift wrote “THIS WAS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF FUN POSSIBLE. And for the first time ever I’m releasing the live rehearsal audio from this performance on vinyl and CD from @BBMAs on my site. Thank you to every performer up there with us tonight!!!” via Twitter.

Some felt it was a conspicuous counterfeit of the Bey's raving success Netflix show film, in which she changed the Coachella organize into a "Homecoming" festivity in the HBCU (verifiably dark school and college) custom — complete with formally dressed marching drummers in the soul of Morehouse, Spelman and Howard universities. This isn't the first run through Swift has confronted cries of social & cultural appropriation.
