Cardi B Shooting 'Hustlers', Trademarking 'Okurrr', and Writing a Tell All Book
Cardi B is flexing on set of a movie as a savvy stripper, trademarking ‘Okurrr”, suing Tasha K & Star Marie, & topping it all with a tell all book.
Cardi B has been keeping it pretty busy for 2019 while she has been cradling baby Kulture meanwhile. Well please don’t get her confused she is here to flex all the female power moves you’ve been so desperate to see. Cardi B is a boss and she is here to collect what’s here’s 2019 with her trademarking ‘Okurrr', to the lawsuit she initiated on a YouTube blogger that she promised around Fall time last year she would do.
Meanwhile Cardi B has officially begun filming for ‘Hustlers’ to be directed by Jennifer Lopez and Lorene Scafaria.
Cardi B Filming Movie ss a Stripper
Cardi B is really not a stranger to acting but will be making her first film feature debut in the upcoming movie ‘Hustlers’ which has yet to stake a release date. The movie will be in theaters likely his year or 2020.
The production for this upcoming film began on March 22nd, 2019 in New York City and was announced by the “Dinero” singer herself Jennifer Lopez. Cardi B joins JLo and Constance Wu in a film based on The Hustlers at Scores which is a New York magazine article about strippers getting over on disgusting & basically rich (Wall street clients), married men. Strippers have stories as well, they have a past that they try and strive to be better than daily, and their not innocent, a lot of them choosing the life to bring themselves to some sort of financial demands.
Keke Palmer, Lili Reinhart, and Jullie Stiles have also been said to have joined the strip heist film that has been adapted from the New York magazine article by Jessica Pressler for screenwriting. Lorene Scafaria will also be directing alongside Jennifer Lopez.
Cardi B Trademarking ‘Okurrr’ for more Profit
Cardi is the latest public figure to bring “Okurrr” to the mainstream in an actual meaningful way that everyone kind of applies to her at this point. Addressing some backlash she received after filing for the trademark, Cardi said, “White people do it all the motherfucking time! So you’re going to be mad at me because I want to make some motherfucking money? Let me tell you something: while I’m here, I’m going to secure all the fucking bags.”
Hints Production of Tell-All Book
Cardi B is obviously tired of people trying to define who she is and what she has been through in her past. She really is tired of clarifying “malicious things” and tired of her fans having to fight and tell her story for her. She states in video that she is going to do it her self and will so in a tell all book.
Like Cardi B states in the video below, everyone has a past, and to be honest whether that past is good or bad no one should have more of an entitlement to relay that past and profit from it too than the one who went through it, Okurrrr!
