Although things may be on the up and up for Lori and her new boo, Future, it looks like some legal issues are on the horizon. 

Back in October, step-daughter to Steve Harvey, Lori Harvey, was arrested in Beverly Hills for a misdemeanor hit and run. The reports claim Lori was texting while driving and as a result her car drove into another car causing it to flip over. Thankfully, no one got hurt.

Yesterday, it was reported that Lori is charged with one count of resisting/delaying/obstructing a peace officer, and one count of hit and run resulting in property damage.

Now, reports claim the 23-year-old model is facing a year behind bars.
