Lawyer Michael Avenatti Arrested for Breaching Policies of Pretrial Release
Michael Avenatti, who increased national consideration for speaking to Stormy Daniels in her claim against Donald Trump, was captured on Wednesday (January 15) for purportedly abusing the details of his pretrial discharge.

Avenatti is accused in California of wire extortion, attempting to block the IRS, data fraud, bank misrepresentation and bogus declaration having sworn to tell the truth during bankruptcy.
He is blamed for stealing $4 million from a paraplegic man whom he had spoken to, government investigators have said.
